As the latest addition to Entel’s Intrinsically Safe lineup, the Entel DTEx ATEX Series is built for ultra-durability.

With a superior IP68 submersible rating (2m for 4 hours) and commercial-grade construction, these robust portables meet the highest gas group rating—ATEX IIC—and are also available in ATEX and IECEx IIA certified variants.

The Entel DTEx ATEX Series delivers outstanding range and performance, equipped with essential safety features such as Lone-Worker, Man-Down (optional), and Emergency Buttons, ensuring reliable support in challenging operations.

To enhance worker protection, the ultra-tactile, ergonomic controls are specifically designed for gloved-hand use, while the strengthened alumina silicate glass provides excellent contrast for the white-on-black OLED display. The display is customisable to either a large font 2-line or a detailed 5-line format, ensuring readability in varying light conditions.

In demanding environments, clear communication is crucial. The Entel DTEx ATEX Series supports a wide range of certified accessories—from covert earpieces to bone-conductive and Breathing Apparatus (BA) communication kits—all optimised by Entel’s intelligent speech tailoring technology for exceptional audio clarity.
