Why has my Critico pager become inactive?
If a pager has not been used for a prolonged period, it may have become ‘inactive’. If you have a Critico pager that is ‘inactive’, it requires activating in order that it can be used on the Critico (formerly PageOne Communications) Paging network.
Can my Critico pager be re-activated?
All Critico rental pagers can be re-activated for use on the Critico network. If your CPP pager has not been used for a substantial period of time, the number may no longer be available.
We regret that we are unable to re-activate CPP pagers, or activate pagers from other network operators as they are incompatible with our network. In these circumstances, please contact us to discuss renting or purchasing a Critico pager.
How do I re-activate my Critico Pager?
To re-activate your pager, contact us and provide the following information:
The pager address (usually on the rear of the pager), account number and authorisation information
If your Critico pager has successfully activated, you should be able to start using it within a few minutes of the activation request being processed.
