Critico prides itself on high-quality customer service care ensuring that you have ready access to support when you need it. All major clients benefit from a named contact allowing us to build a meaningful business relationship and that your orders and queries are dealt with by someone who knows your business.

If you’re an existing customer looking for assistance, quoting your customer account number will help us to deal with your query quickly. You can find this 6 digit number just under your address on your invoice.

Our dedicated customer support team are available Mon to Fri 9.00am until 5.00pm.

We aim to answer your call within 7 rings, respond to email enquires within 2 hours and process your orders within 24 hours. We don’t use premium-rate numbers, our maximum call charge is 4p per minute from a BT landline*.
