The Kenwood NXR-1700 VHF / NXR-1800 (UHF) is a lightweight, ultra-compact conventional repeater designed to enhance the range, capacity, and functionality of existing FM analogue systems. Users can easily transition to DMR or NXDN operation by requesting the necessary license activation from their KENWOOD dealer and configuring the radio accordingly.
