Critico supports an SFTP service to enable clients to submit/transfer batch files for sending messages via SMS and/or email. We offer a flexible approach to batch file processing, from basic file types that include destination address and message, to customised file types that include additional data filed that can be auto-merged with hosted message/email templates to generate personalised messages. Output SFTP files confirm message processing, or real-time message delivery/replies can be pushed back via a REST API.
